I have certain searched and I cannot find these photos anywhere. My neighbor Dave was a freelance celebrity sports and events photographer in the 60s and 70s and I’m pretty sure what I have is original and never published photographs from the very first Star Trek convention 1972. This is a picture Nichelle Nichols who portrayed the iconic and ground breaking Uhura on the original series and the first films. She’s a timeless and classic beauty in her beaded mock white turtleneck and orange “Star Trek Lives” pin back. These slides are the one and only copy. They are yours alone. I have not made copies.

Original Star Trek (TOS) 35mm Film Cels/Clips – Lot of 55. You are purchasing original 35mm pieces of film used and discarded during the production of Star Trek (The Original Series) during the 1960s. Photo is the actual scenes you will receive. I have not cleaned them, so there may be dust or other particles on them that will need to be removed. They are as I found them. There may be scratches, bends, discoloration, etc. Due to the age of the film. Scans were done on an Epson Stylus Photo RX620 Printer/Scanner, and has not been edited. As Star Trek was nearing the end of its production, Gene Roddenberry answered the fans calls for Star Trek memorabilia by making available to them single frames of film called film clips. These clips were trims from the work prints of the episodes that were normally discarded. Fortunately for us, anything and everything that went before the cameras wound up in these packages, so mixed in with the episodic film clips are frames that show studio personnel, pre-special effects work, etc. From a historical perspective, these clips are excellent sources of information as to how The Original Series (TOS) was produced. _gsrx_vers_1292 GS 8.3.6 (1292). _gsrx_vers_1326 GS 8.4.1 (1326).
