Star Trek TOS, Dr. Mark 1 design, As Seen During Season One (1). Includes Removable Magnetic Red Vial. NOTICE THIS LISTING WILL SHOW; Qty. Machined Aircraft Grade Mirror Polished Aluminum & Acrylic Rod. All mirror-polished aluminum, NOT a plastic tip! Vials re-engineered; Machined Rod with integral bottom and welded on fresnel top. Trying my best to solve long term evaporation issue. There are other replicas out there, but they are either of inferior quality (look at photos of the mirror polish closely), or likely manufactured overseas, or were not referenced DIRECTLY off the original props! These are the only ones of their kind. Look at all my listing photos to see who and what I know. As it helps other buyers see your reaction to the Prop. NOT a pay-now and maybe get “later” kick-starter type of sale. Also, No PVC filler is hidden inside any of the machined-aluminum or acrylic parts. This repro is true to a Set-Used prop that I got special access to. NOT a KIT, comes tested and fully assembled. Hard to believe at this price, right? This Hypospray version is most often referred to as the “Mark 1″ design. As opposed to other “reproductions” of this set used prop, susannetrek2012 (jonpaultrek2012®T) offers 100% polished aluminum construction. No PVC pipe fillers are hidden inside any aluminum parts. Vial edge caps are de-burred for a smooth “hand”. Hypo and other parts are machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and Mirror Polished smooth. Clean with microfiber towels and rubbing alcohol only. Never use paper towel as paper towel contains has lime-dust from the manufacturing process. Set accurate size, materials, and details, just like on-set in the 1960’s. Overall dimensions are in the photos of this listing. Prop Hypo is assembled with threads, not glued. Vials are leak-tested, however, contact me within 7 days of receipt if you think the QC test failed and you have a leak. I can replace the Vial. The “0” ring design provides a nice plunge feeling. No Hiss Sound, this design just can’t be engineered to do that (I don’t care what anybody has claimed, it was a dubbed-in sound effect and I inspected a Set-Used prop as there a quite a few survivors). The lubricant inside the plunger casing is non-toxic Vaseline Brand petroleum jelly. These Vials will not easily “Pop-Out” and crack when they hit the floor (within reason). Removable Vile is secured with a closely toleranced-fit and a recently revised stronger magnet (we went to a stronger magnet to respond to customer feedback). Claus Andersen SIGNED DATED ORIGINAL Acrylic Painting 24 Diameter Star Trek

An extremely RARE opportunity to acquire this work by Claus Andersen, Signed and Dated. This is not a print, but a SIGNED ORIGINAL WORK OF ART done in acrylics by Claus Andersen. The painting is stylized after Star Trek and Star Wars. I do not know the name of it. There are no rips or tears in the canvas. It is signed by the artist on the back and dated 11/15/93. It measures 2 feet, 24 in diameter. There is a hook for hanging. Additionally, it is signed by the artist on the lower part of the painting. This is an estate sale find and the colors are bright and vibrant. It probably could use a bit of a cleaning, but I don’t get into that. Just a stunning piece. To the Artworld’s dismay and his beloved family, Claus Andersen, was deceased on 10/21/2019, and is survived by his wife, as well as his mother and sisters and multiple grandchildren. The real-life jet injector is usually applied at the top of the arm, but the fictional hypospray is sometimes applied at the neck. It administers medication subcutaneously and intramuscularly. He also shared that when the show ended he rescued the molds from being discarded by putting them in his garage. 1919 was the director of special effects for the show. He handled and repaired many of the props on-set. When the show was canceled in season three he rescued many hand props and even some models from the scrap heap. Dick Ruben, Prop & Art Assistant on the show, got his Set-Used Klingon disruptor from James. Ruggs held on to his rather large Star Trek collection for many years. It is widely known that Greg Jein got his Holy-Grail Hero Phaser from James. In closing a nod to Mr. Ruck, a prop technician, who reported that he repaired some hand props hundreds of times as they were often damaged during filming. He had also shared that the fiberglass Mid-Grade’s, and some other props often used basswood strips between the seams to establish uniform dimensions. No Cast Prop-Metal parts in this listing aka… R98 Pewter of ; 98% Tin & Bismuth & Copper. All parts are machined aluminum or are otherwise, stamped aluminum where indicated, brass parts are real solid brass. Crispy is 1 ” x 1.30 ” stamped aluminum 32 gauge foil. The trigger stud and faux brass release pins both have shoulders on them so they slide into pilot holes and STOP at the correct depth. Package includes one of each as identified in the main listing photo. Multiple parts shown in photographs so you can see multiple views but you get just one of each. Phaser & Display are for reference and not included. You are the prop builder and you do the fitting, polishing, distressing and, so forth! There are other Package-Deals listed.
