Rare Star Trek Command Communications Console Model No. 51230 made by Mego in 1976. All the keys seem to work. The code key, red alert, and stand by alarm buttons make sounds, the transmit button doesn’t but this is expected I think. No idea if it still actually transmits! Volume knob adjusts volume and also turns the console on/off like it should. The battery cover is missing. Cosmetically, it has some discoloration but no cracks and is in good shape overall. Date of manufacture is hand inscribed on the back sticker and says Nov 26, 1976. I’ve uploaded a video of the console working, in case that’s useful. Vintage Star Trek item from 1976. This Command Communications Console has seen heavy duty. The viewing screen has been taped up, and the battery cover is missing. The console still functions- the lights shine green and red when the unit is switched on, and the buttons work. The box is intact, as is the styrofoam liner. The original price tags are on the box.

STAR TREK Command Communication Console, with original Box, packing material (1976) and Tricorder (cassette-player) 1975 by Mego. Both in good cosmetic condition, but not working. Great for fixing, for parts or display. The Command Communication Console was made in 1976 and was designed for use with walkie-talkies on the CB band (channel 14). The unit has the antenna, loose but can be reconnected, original box and Styrofoam. Packing material, and original two-sided instruction sheet. The speaker inside the unit is loose, but still inside. The antenna is straight, not bent. The box has obvious signs of wear and some stains and has some cellophane tape on the sides (please see photos). Original boxes like this are very rare to find at all. “Flip Cover” is a bit loose, but intact. Tricorder does not have a separate box. No rust or corrosion seen in either device. Please see photos, feel free to ask questions. Great items for a collector. Both from Mego Corporation.
