In our opinion, creases and edge wear are all part of the charm and are a feature of almost all posters and where they are not present it is normally a cause for at least mild suspicion on provenance. Unless it is otherwise stated, we only list posters that are suitable for display and by that we mean no edge nibbles that would not be hidden in a frame rebate or by a mount and no visible tears or separation on folds.

William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, DeForest Kelley, Stephen Collins, Persis Khambatta, James Doohan, George Takei, Majel Barrett, Walter Koenig, Nichelle Nichols, Grace Lee Whitney, Mark Lenard. The bottom 1 cm of the right black border is very slightly lighter than the rest (I believe this is due to the print design itself rather than a flaw), extremely tiny tear on the bottom edge, very small finger grease mark? Near the left edge (just above the bottom horizontal fold line), extremely mild fold wear (creasing around the intersections) note there are two horizontal and three vertical fold lines (unusual configuration), slight Browning/Brown spots of damp (foxing) on the back of the top of the left edge and the back of the right half of the horizontal fold lines along with some additional spots of damp within the bottom center fold segments (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), several tiny dark Brown spots on the back of the bottom center fold segment possibly fly dirt? A couple of these are very lightly visible on the front around the T in TREK. More noticeable if held to light/backlit, otherwise very good! Printed in England by W. Artwork by Bob Peak. Just for some background, I had an eldery relative who owned a small independent gift/toy shop and a huge Star Trek fan. Amongst his collection were 100s of posters, prints, standees that they accumulated from between 1970 -2000s many rare, not for resell, vintage and advertising/promotional. This particular listing is for the following.. Original Vintage Quad Poster. 40″ x 27″. The poster is in good condition given its age with some minor wear including small creases etc (see photos). As previously mentioned this a great opportunity to own a rare collectible. Looking for a new home this would make a perfect addition to someone’s collection or a gift for a loved one especially framed.
