Authentic Starfleet Academy sign, featured in the 2009 Star Trek film. This is an authentic piece of set dressing, custom made for the production. It is not a replica. It comes with a certificate of authenticity, autographed by Zachary Quinto (Spock). Included are the two aluminum bracket mounts, which were attached to poles outside of the Starfleet Academy (I accidentally put the brackets on backwards for the photos, but they can be reversed). The sign measures 73″ x 22″, and is made of blue acrylic, with the Starfleet emblem cut out of the center. The sign (and brackets) shows some production/storage wear in the form of scuffs and scratches, most of which are minor. See photos for condition, but please know that the scratches are very hard to photograph, so there are likely some small ones that aren’t visible in the pics, but the most significant ones are clearly represented in the photos. The photo limit for the listing has been reached, but more photos are available upon request. The sign is in very good condition overall, and it would look great in any location.
