Overall this bundle is in excellent/great condition, most cards are in pack fresh condition however a few have some very light damage to corners consistent with being taken in and out of sleeves. The folder/binder is in good condition, there is some corrosion/pitting on the metal binder, and there is some slight surface level scuffing on the plastic sections as well as some warping starting.
