I regretted that this card was never produced, essential in a fabric card collection. So i made it, using the last 2×2 inches piece of original blue fabric i had! Dr Leonard McCOY Blue Science TOS Fabric Card as could be from the Archives. Essential in a serious TOS Costume Card Collection! With the very little blue fabric left I have. Only 4 were made! Please note that this card is not production made, but both sides of the card are professionally laser printed on matte paper. Card is 9 x 6.3 cm, with nice recreated background. About the fabric : Not repro! Original fabric used for TOS command uniforms tunics. Know history since the 1987 sale, that use this Fabric. Use of the Polyester Fabric began in the Third Season. The velour that had been used up to that time, was shrinking every time it was cleaned. So, a more durable Fabric that matched the established colors was found. These pieces were part of that what was left over when the show ceased production in 1969, after a part was utilized for the Phase 2 pre-production uniforms.
