Since the box was opened, I checked to see if everything was in there, it is COMPLETE. I took it out and tested it with three batteries and everything tested right. I did remove the batteries, as they are not included. The battery compartment was like new clean. It looks like the toy was opened to remove the batteries to prevent corrosion.
