Simply insert a data tape into the slot to hear the speech from the provided prerecorded sound card approx. This full-size monitor includes 7 data tapes as shown to complete the package. This monitor is lighted via 9V battery powered LED. The monitor top swivels freely, however the white switches on the front of the monitor are stationary.
