This lot is for an original W-4 form for Leonard Nimoy & William Shatner that is signed by both of them (Shatner’s is undated). This rare piece of Star Trek history came from a big Star Trek’s collectors estate. He had an original Star Trek early draft from the 1st season of the original series, and a mix of other Star Trek collectibles. These forms would have been filled out while in the process of filming the 1st season. I also included a signed photo of Leonard Nimoy directing, a signed promo photo of Shatner, and a mix of other Shatner promo photos (unsigned).
