This is a Star Trek (TOS) Dilithium Collection figure set, consisting of Kirk and Spock as seen in “The Enterprise Incident”. This is set number 499 of 1701. Diamond Select Toys released it in 2010, I bought it and it has been in storage for a decade. There is cosmetic wear and tear to the packaging due to storage.
