Here we have a modified Star Trek Original Series Wand Phaser Prop Replica Remote Control. Modifications were made to the p1 and a new accurate handle has been permanently attached to the p2 body. Besides the handle the p2 body is unchanged. All original sound/ light/ remote effects work as normal. Comes with battery recharge cord only. The following modifications have been done to the p1. 1 A metal bezel with a blue jewel has been attached to the p1 that lights up when the sound effects or voice sounds activate when the trigger is pressed. 2 The original clear dome meter power indicator label has been removed and replaced with a number metered one. 3 The plastic p1 trigger has been removed and replaced with a metal trigger. 4 The front emitter tip has been modified to look more like the original tip in appearance as seen on the hero version. The new accurate size handle is made of a durable plastic body and is spray painted gloss black. Metal has been added inside the handle to increase it’s weight. The bottom end caps are made of metal and all hardware attached to the bottom of the handle is polished brass metal. The new handle gives the phaser a nice balanced grip feel and appearance.
